Owassie recovered from her cancer surgery and lived for 3 more years. the complex
for the elderly enjoyed for 2 of those years but decided she should be an inside
dog for the rest of her life. She lived with the founder of KAHR for 1 more
year - with Jones, another large dog, Fritha the cat, and her favorite - a little black
Shih Tsu named Sweetie.
She was most protective of Sweetie (her guard dog training we think) and hated it
when Sweetie had to have a bath. She greeted everyone with a smile. She will be
forever missed.
